Tang Fan walked over. “What is it, Ah-Dong? How about you come in and talk about it.”
The entirety of her little face wrinkled up. “These are water chestnut cakes and tofu rolls the madam had me bring over, Sir Tang.”
The cake had been sliced into small square chunks, their translucent bodies embedded with pieces of chestnuts inside.

I love Ah-Dong immediately taking matters into her own hands when she saw Tang Fan eating snacks in the place of dinner, and then finding out that he actually can’t cook. She was like, you won’t feed yourself? fine! I’ll feed you then! and walked right into the house without even waiting for permission AJSJSJSJS XD

Waaa this is the first book (at least that I remember?) were periods have been mentioned! I really thought that it might be part of those things that Chinese people just don’t mention ever, not even in fictional books

My periods leave me unable to stand up for too long so yeah, having trouble walking is defintely a reasonable thing to happen.
Thanks for the chapter!

thank you for the chapter!
I’ve had times when my periods were so bad I couldn’t walk. Also your body can feel sort of…bloated? it is not pleasant lmao.

Yeah you can feel really, really bad having period…Like stay in bed whole day? Just think about it as very strong belly pain? And you can also get some extra sensations too, so realy depends.
Still, thank you for an update, I love this!

Same here, same here! She is very sincere and open, more importantly, doesn’t threat Tang Fan in any way 👌🏻
