So by FS causing the miscarriage, the pregnancy revealed to be already 2 months, the emperor knows then that he has not visited the empress therefore knows the child is not his, hence the murder of the empress. So indirectly FS brought about her death but her death lays entirely at the emperor’s door, the emperor is the one responsible for that
